Invoicing

Get paid where you teach.

Build an invoice, send it to a student, and they pay by card. The money lands in your bank. No spreadsheet, no chasing, and no cut taken by Clasly.

30 days free, no card needed. Then £19.99 a month.

From lesson to payout

The awkward part of tutoring is asking for money. Clasly turns it into a link.

1

Build the invoice

Choose the student, add a line for each thing you are charging for, and set a due date. The total adds itself up.

2

Send the pay link

Every invoice has its own pay page. Email it from Clasly or copy the link and share it however you like.

3

The money reaches your bank

The student pays by card on a secure Stripe page. Your earnings are paid out to your bank account automatically.

An invoice in under a minute

Lessons, marking, materials, a block of ten sessions. Add as many lines as you need and send it while the lesson is still fresh.

  • A line for each item, with quantity and price
  • A due date on every invoice
  • Invoices in pounds, dollars or euros
  • Tax or a discount on any line, when you need it

A pay page people trust

Your student, or whoever pays for their lessons, opens one clean page with your name, the amount and a single button. Card details are handled by Stripe.

  • No account or app needed to pay
  • Works on a phone
  • Secure card payment by Stripe

The money questions, answered up front

Clasly takes nothing

We do not take a cut of your invoices. Standard payment processor rates apply to invoices paid online.

Paid in cash? Mark it paid

If a student pays you another way, mark the invoice as paid and your records still add up. There is no fee at all.

Cancel or refund

Cancel an unpaid invoice to switch off its pay link. An invoice paid online can be refunded in full to the card it came from.

Verify once

You confirm your identity with Stripe once, before your first payout. After that, payouts happen on their own.

See what is owed

Paid, sent or overdue, for every student. Total invoiced, outstanding and your next payout sit at the top.

Where it works

Invoicing is available to tutors based in the UK, US, Canada, Switzerland and the EEA.
