Can students message me directly?
Yes. Each assignment has a conversation between you and each student, and either of you can send a message there.
Can other students read those messages?
No. A conversation on an assignment is between you and one student.
How do I message a whole class?
Send an announcement from the class. Every student in that class receives it.
Do students need my phone number or email?
No. Messages and announcements are sent inside Clasly, so you do not have to share personal contact details.
Will I be told when a student hands something in?
Yes. You get a notification when work is submitted, and when a deadline passes with work still missing.
